SALES & DISPATCH
Our minimum order is $500.00
All prices quoted are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (‘GST’). GST will be payable on the sale price and freight.
All orders below the minimum order value may be subject to a $25.00 packing and handling fee.
All orders are subject to freight. Freight is calculated on the size of the consignment, weight or cubic measurement, whichever is greater. We use a range of couriers including Direct Freight, TFM Xpress, Couriers Please and Capital Transport to dispatch our products and ensure they arrive on time and in good order.
Dispatch time of orders is approximately 4 working days from receipt of the order. This may vary depending on the availability of the products ordered and peak periods. Nicholas Agency will do its utmost to dispatch orders upon clients special requests. (Delivery of goods from our warehouse may vary between 1 – 7 days depending on the location within Australia).
RETURNS AND CREDITS
All goods purchased from Nicholas Agency & Co. may only be returned or claimed upon authorisation from our office if found to be damaged, faulty or incorrect.
Notification of all claims must be advised within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
We do not exchange or refund for incorrect choice.
PAYMENT
All first orders are made on a proforma basis and following orders can be dispatched on a 30-day account with the completion of a credit application which can be downloaded from the below link.

All orders dispatched on account must be paid for within 30 days from date of invoice.
Visa and Mastercard credit card accepted only.
Credit card payments made after 30-days from date of invoice will incur an automatic credit card merchant fee of 1% on the total amount debited.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Ownership of all goods sold will remain with Nicholas Agency & Co. and shall not pass onto the purchaser until payment for the full invoice value has been received by Nicholas Agency & Co.
